Wellcome to Pilarín’s Circus. Retrospective Exibition

Who has the hand of a magician to enable her to create such beautiful drawings, the strength of a strongman to work for millions of hours, the flexibility of a contortionist to draw anything, the lightness of a trapeze artist to make it look easy, the clown’s sense of humor to make us laugh, the beauty of a tightrope walker to make us admire, the recklessness of a knife thrower to keep moving no matter what… Pilarín had a dream: she wanted a circus and she created it.

This exhibition is an anthology of the artist, which looks at different periods, and in which you can see her stylistic process over more than 50 years.
